Dida Bio
I have over 20 years of experience in the fields of fitness and dance. I am a certified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and group fitness instructor specializing in Yoga, Zumba, Jazz dance, and more. Currently, I am studying Naturopathy and also practice Aromatherapy and Bach Flower Remedies.
