What are the sessions we offer?

Our live sessions bring the experience of a fitness studio to the safety and the comfort of your home. We offer group workouts ranging from Cardio and HIIT to Yoga via live zoom sessions. Recordings of the lives and pre-recorded courses.

What kinds of workout formats are available?

We offer a variety of workout formats including Strength & conditioning, Hiit, Yogalates, Zumba and more.
These workouts focus on building your strength, muscle, endurance, mobility and will help you control your fat percentages. You can choose which class you would like to do, however we advise you to go by the program’s workout chart because it mix up different variety and keeps your whole body working.

What do I need to get started?

Your smart phone

A zoom application installed on your device (in case your plan includes the live classes)
We recommend you to keep a Yoga/ exercise mat, a bottle of water and a towel handy. For the Strength class you will need some more basic equipment please read the class’s Description to know more.

To avoid interruptions during the class, ensure you have a good internet connection and adequate charge in your device.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

We advise you to keep the camera on, because that’s the best way to enjoy the studio experience. We strongly encourage you to keep your cameras on during the workouts, so that the trainer can guide you and correct you if needed, and give you a feedback. And it’s the best way to interact with the rest of the class and stay motivated throughout your workout.

But if you want to keep the camera turned of it’s fine with us.
