- Short workouts of up to 15 minutes each
- Some sessions using light dumbbells, others using just your body weight
- A mat is required for all workouts – make sure it’s comfortable and accessible
- A combination of body strengthening, core work, stretching, light cardio, and sometimes basic dance steps
