I have over 20 years of experience in the field of fitness and dance. I am a Certified Instructor for -Yoga, Zumba, Jazz dance and also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor ACE NYC and own sports nutrition certifications. I have also a broad experience as a professional dancer and choreographer and have worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in various health clubs in NYC, Israel, Guatemala and India
Aboout me
I have been involved in dance and sports all my life. I have always been a thin person, untill I have reached the age of 30.
As I got older, I felt that I needed to be more mindful about my diet and perform practical fitness training that would help me maintain a healthy weight and improve my fitness level and physical abilities.
Every time we moved from country to country, I gained weight because I had no guidance on what to eat – what products to buy, what menu is right for me, and includes local dishes. Besides, I did not have an orderly framework of training, and the time I had to achieve good results was minimal.
As a mother, the time resource becomes very crucial.
Raising my children, investing in career development and studies, creating and maintaining social ties, investing in my partner, and many other things left me with very little available time.
It made me realize that I need to do the most effective workouts that rob me of as little time as possible and lead to the desired results – weight loss, toning, strengthening, and flexibility.
Following the relocation to India, I started leading a community of women from all over the world and we did a challenge of sports and nutrition, so I became acquainted with the power of togetherness.
All of us together – an international community of women who all have one common goal, to be stronger, more shaped, and, above all, happier women in achieving each other’s personal goals and all of us together, with daily support for each other.
I have been dancing from a young age and a fitness instructor for over 20 years, it is clear to me that this is my destiny, I have something to give and you just have to believe in me and together we will make the change towards a healthier lifestyle with minimum time and maximum enjoyment.
I’m on a mission to help 100,000 moms losing weight, getting stronger and be more fit by exercising and being supported by an international community of mommies.
our community is based on patience curiosity and acceptance of other cultures, we are always happy and eager to learn from each other and do the best we can to help each other reaching our goals. We maintain a respectful dialog.
Doing the best we can, for some of us it will be gradual baby steps and for some of us bigger changes can be done and adapting will be faster, but there is no judgment, each community member and her own pace. We understand that results can be achieved when we leave our comfort zone and by being consistent. We believe the physical activity should be effective and leads to results, therefore our fitness classes should be challenging and our physical activity should include – all aspects of fitness – aerobics, strength and stretch. With that said gradual progress should be made and each member should choose a fitness program appropriate to her needs.
