The goal of the program: tone up, be more defined level up your strength and fitness level
Type of workouts: HIIT workouts with bumbles.
Equipment needed: a pair of weights – 3 kg and 5kg or 5kg and 9kg or if you are more
advanced you can also use 7kg and 12kg.
Class structure: a warmup, half an hour aerobics, and strength, and for dessert stretching (45-
50 minutes class)
Dates: August 2nd – August 27th
Days of the week: Monday TO Friday at 08:30 am or watch the recording of the class

- Access to my website and the library including – HIIT, Strength, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga and more (I always keep adding and updating it)
- Access to the recordings
Price 1500INR or 20$
For the sake of proper disclosure, I might have a couple of days in the middle of the month in which I won’t be able to give you live classes because I am moving to a different apartment.
But don’t worry I have got you covered and will send you recorded workouts to do instead.
