The Makeover Challenge we do Momfits

What are Momfits?

The Momfits are half an hour pre-recorded Tabata classes that combine aerobics and strength exercises, the class structure is as follows:

  1. 3-minute warmup
  2. Tabata 1 (8 exercises) – 2 times
  3. Tabata 2 (8 exercises) – 2 times
  4. 2-3 minutes core
  5. 3 minutes a cooldown.

Each exercise of the Tabata is 20 seconds, In between each exercise you have a 10-sec break, and in between Tabatas you have a 1-minute break

You should do it AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible). Complete as many reps of each exercise as you can within the time allotted. The more reps you complete, the more you’ll stimulate your fat-burning, muscle-sculpting hormones.

When does DO IT FOR YOU begin?

The 6 weeks Mommies Back2fit Makeover Challenge begins on Monday, February 20th. Registration will be closing that day, too. So, be sure to sign up before registration closes.

Do I need dumbbells?

For some of the live classes, we will use dumbbells. However, bodyweight-only exercise modifications will be made available for those who prefer to do the challenge without equipment. For the Momfits (pre-recorded course) you will not need dumbbells.

Is Mommies Back2fit makeover right for me?

The Makeover Challenge is for mommies, who are looking to:
