The method:
• Our method is based on the fact that – group is a power
• To do this, we will open our secret group on WhatsApp.
• The program begins with an international group of women going through the process together.
• We experience the initial adjustment of entering the program together. We share the difficulties, the successes, the dilemmas, and the small moments of victory daily. Sharing with the group helps the process and raises the success rate in the workshop significantly.
• I will follow the progress of each member and advise changes/adjustments if needed. The program will include a fitness program, menus, recipes, and nutrition guidance.
- If for some reason you will not feel the workshop is for you. You can cancel the registration within three days of opening the workshop and qualify for 50% of the total payment.
