HOW TO SEND YOUR PICTURES:
Use the “Before” sign attachment below in each of the photos. You can hold it on your phone or print it off and hold it.
Take a clear front, back, and side picture that clearly shows your face*. (All white clutter-free background; this gives you the best chance to win) – the clearer the picture the easier it is for our judges to give you a lifetime membership And, if possible, have someone take the picture for you.
How To Send Photos:
1) Click This Link (it will open in a new window)
2) Click the + and choose your before/after images (you can add several photos at once)
3) Rename the file enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

SIGNS:
Here are a few more tips for after pictures (same as before) for everyone!
Step 1 — try for the same exact outfit
Step 2 — same exact poses
Step 3 — same distance from the camera to you
Step 4 — all white or very least all black clutter-free background
Step 5 — tape your before/after signs on the wall so they are visible behind you. If you need to hold it, make sure you hold it the same way in all pictures.
Step 6 — take a photo landscape
Step 7 — do your best and don’t stress.
It’s incredibly powerful to see progress through photos and videos.
