The show must go on!!!!!!
Recently I have been supporting 26 amazing Mommies from all over the world who are doing a challenge of – losing weight, strengthening, and improving their fitness abilities.
It is a 6-week process that started about a month ago and ends up in 10 days.
During the challenge we went through a rocky road – we had very busy mommies, who did not know how to combine daily workouts in their busy routine not to mention meals preparation and cooking… we also had 6 mommies from the challenge who had covid, Delhi went into a lock-down, Israel was on a missile attack and the peak was yesterday when I stretched the ankle strap and cracked its bone…
Unfortunately, it neutralized me physically completely and at the moment I cannot demonstrate in my live classes daily, as it has been until now …
I thought to myself how I, as a mentor for a healthy lifestyle, can serve as a row model to my trainees.
I need to implement in my trainees, that part of a healthy lifestyle is a healthy and optimistic approach to life, goal setting, and the most important aspect is – perseverance.
I immediately gathered myself and showed them as well that- What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!!!
So first, to my delight, at the beginning of the challenge I made sure they are mentally prepared for the challenge and did some groundwork, I made sure to explain to them that they first need to find a deep inner motivating factor and that they must act from a deep inner cause. secondly, they should know to what direction they are going and what would be the final goal they will achieve.
Because at the end of the day, these 2 factors will help them overcome crisis and challenging moments and situations. If you know your Why and if you know where you are headed for, the sky is the limit!
Yesterday I was overjoyed when I watched my mommies so mission-oriented, knowing what is the purpose and super motivated to reach the goals they set for themselves.
It was so strongly implemented in their behaviour, so that yesterday during the class a few seconds after my injury occurs, I watched proudly how my girls continue to train alone and give each other the power to move on!
I sat without the ability to get up without help, I groaned in pain and the girls were not so enthusiastic, because it was probably not easy for them to watch me suffering, but they gathered themselves and continued to work and train by themselves!!
I watched them like a proud mother and I was happy to know that something good was happening here!!!!!
YES, that’s true!
For some of us, it may take a little longer to reach the goal we set, but we do not give up!!
We step forward with our heads held high and nothing will get us out of the way, not our jobs or career, not our children, not missiles flying above our heads, not Covid and lockdowns and certainly not an injured instructor!
We will continue to meet daily; I have recordings of previous lessons and we are continuing with all our might!
Because we rock!!!!!
These challenges prove to me time and time again, that there is nothing like women’s power, we are lionesses, we are strong and we give power to each other!
Nothing external will stop us from reaching our goals, our motivation is internal and strong!
Maybe for some of us, it will take a little longer, but, in the end, it will happen!
The show must go on, and it will!!
So, power on to all!!!!!!!!!
Nothing will stop us from reaching our goal!!!!!!
